Monro Muffler Brake - Replacement of brake pads and rotors

On Dec 7 2023 I decided to have Monro Muffler in Chicopee MA work on front pads and rotors. Even though they were shown a quote from Used Tire Maxx for a lower amount, there was no match. I paid 524.61 with a discount at Monro but on Dec 20 2023 the rear brakes were done for 404.90 revealing a difference of 123.71. There was no price match offered by Monro for the same service.
