Does not even deserve 1 star! the assistant manager rolonna hills busted in my door kicking me out and called the police because I was on the phone with their reservations support trying to use my wyndham rewards and I was trying to keep my dog from running out of the door but she would not let me close the door and she scraped and bruised my arm with the door! I have never in my entire life of staying at hotels experienced this type of service! the police would not even let me press charges! they said she has the right to bust my door in even if im not dressed! what in the hell type of crap is that! our stay was fine until she showed up!
Desired outcome: I am going to sue her or the company and I want her job taken from her! I also want at least a partial refund!!!
