Days Inn - faulty complaint

So I had an incident with an friend who was trying to extort me for$60 in order to get my belongings out of a storage unit not in either of our names ... Long story short she texted telling me to come outside and get my stuff ... Her being aggressive and violent the night before lead me to tell her to just put my stuff outside or outside my room door. She instantly respond Ed saying she was gonna throw all my belongings out on the highway... Sometime during this text process she spent about 10-15 mins beating and kicking on the door... As well as jiggling the door handle. Threatening me. And threatening to call my family and lie and say I smoke crack and sell my body ... About 5mins after that particular text I get a knock on the door saying I was being asked to leave due to prostitution complaints ... Mind you I only had the room Under 24hrs ... She as well as four other adults(the four of which had their own rooms registered at the same hotel) and this friend in particular was just visiting got irritated because I would not let her stay the night nor let her extort me for money... Anyways they were the only ones who knew I had a room... Her in particular is the only person who seemed to want to look for trouble with me because of her own personal reason (extortion) and I was not giving her what she wanted she's the only person who would ever call the front desk and lie and say I was prostituting in the hotel which I WAS NOT ... All they have to do is go look at their cameras ... She's a hurt friend trying to hurt me because she knows I'm homeless and this was the only place I could stay ... She in so many words let me know she was gonna be planning to do something sketchy... Anyways I showed proof to the manager on shift and even told her to check her cameras she read the messages and said "ok I see this is a personal situation and someones trying to sabotage you so Im not gonna kick you out do you want to move rooms so she doesn't know hich one you're in?" (Mind you I paid for a week)... I told her yes ... She switched me rooms and before I knew it by the next shift I had cops telling me I had to leave BUT the never said I was banned .. they even told me to come back Monday at 9 to talk with the manager about a refund or fixing the situation. I'm homeless, no car, no family, nowhere to go hiding in camera blindspots just to stay warm and stick it out til Monday morning. Yes I did give them the last of my money just for them to believe and kick me out over faulty/fake/personal complaint or whatever you want to call it... Not only that they tell me I can't get my deposit nor be refunded until Monday morning ... How on the world do you kick someone out without investigating and talking to the person that's getting lied on? Annmnnnd not give them a refund nor deposit back?! Yes I'm pissed. I gave them my SSI check to stay here and I got kicked out cause they believe someone who lied and already let me know she was on sketchy stuff... Mind you the camera is gonna set me free ... Not only that she was harrassing me on camera inside and outside the hotel... Either way I'm very pissed and disappointed in my favorite hotel here in Wichita KS. If possible I surely will be suing HER AND THEM once this gets settled .
