Papa John's - took my money

So I try to order a pizza with Papa Johns tonight 6/23/2010 around 8:06pm it took us 2x on the card number but she confirmed my order had been placed and paid. Delivery guy shows up and wants $15.58 cash? I explained how I had already paid so he called his manager (Patti?) who took my card number again confirmed it and I received my pizza. Not even one bite into my first slice of delicious Papa Johns Pizza MMMMM did Patti call me yet again with the card issue? Ok I give her my card number twice, the second time she tried to run it saying it just wont take it I was already logging into my online account to see what was going on there. My recent transactions show from 8:06pm to 8:37pm I had been charged 5x a total of ($77.90) for one pizza, and a 20 oz and I told her OMG you have charged me every time! She said she quit she would cancel the charge's and just enjoy the pizza for my hassle. I was refunded only a portion of what was owed. refunded to me, they still owe me $31.16? Unless they still want to charge me for the original $77 dollar pizza. Come now really?

It can take several days for a correction like that to go through. I've worked retail and my husband was a manager at a pizza place for a while. Sometimes these things take longer than you want them to. Call again tomorrow to get a receipt for the one pizza if you don't have one, check your bank account again and if it still isn't reversed, wait a couple of days. Then start raising hell with every manager and their district manager/franchise owner.
