At Home Depot in Logansport, Indiana on 1/7/24. I attempted to purchase approximately $236 of supplies to start an update of a bedroom. I have an approved Home Equity Line of Credit through my bank and attempted to check out with one of my line of credit checks issued by my bank. I was told it would not be accepted, only personal checks, cash, or credit card would be accepted. If personal checks are approved, then a line of credit check, approved by my bank, should be honored too. It makes zero sense.

Desired outcome: For a review of your policy. I'd like an apology and gift card.

As many are aware, there are certain limitations placed upon any particular location by check acceptance and approval companies.
If you would, simply transfer a certain amount of such funds into a personal account and we should be able to accept the transaction.
