I had an appointment at smartstyle in Walmart at 3221 W. 86th Street on 1/09/2021 at 3 pm. I get there on time and was asked to come back at 3:30 pm soLisa could finish a client. I leave and come back at 3:30 pm sit down and wait. Lisa then asks another stylist to wash, condition and put me under the dryer. I sit under dryer until the cycle ends. I then sit and wait while Lisa works in another client. She finishes clients hair close to give pm. Lisa then rinses conditioner out of my hair. I the sit in her chair and at this time she tells me she needs to use the restroom. She comes back it's 5 pm she does my hair and finishes at 5:30 pm. I feel she rushed through my service to work on another client who has come in while she was doing my hair. I asked for a discount due to the fact that I had to wait so long before I got my service. Lisa said no so I am writing you to tell of my bad experience. I don't like salons that stack appointments and steer clear of them. I would like to express my disappointment. Thank you.
