Lady was rude doesnt know how to handle situation looked overwhelmed shouldn’t talk to ppl if she cant handle rush service or too many haircuts.. Very rude even when trying to explain what happen or what happened on there end.. Northcrest shopping center fort wayne! Didn’t get my kids haircut we left.. Shes a [censored]..
