We were at the drive thru at 9:30 pm in Ferdinand, IN. The dining area was closed and the door showed hours to be until 10 pm We waited for 1 hr and 15 minutes before receiving our food. We had 6 hungry kids from ages 6-12 after a fun filled day at Holiday world. Once we finally got our food, the food was disgusting. Also, the Wendy’s frosty machine was broken as that’s what the kids really wanted. Very, very disappointed in Wendy’s and will not be visiting that location again.
Desired outcome: I would like $100 for my time wasted and a free meal for the 8 of us that patiently waited.
