I buy multiple things from five below in Oswego, Illinois. Things do go bad quickly. Today August 19 I walked in the store coach. The lady at the register call Sophia. 10:30am I tried to explain my iPhone cord I bought was not working properly, and immediately she told me if I don’t have my receipt they can’t help me. I believe, knowing the product breaks down easily they could at least exchange it. I spend a lot of money at five below. I’m very upset.
