Louis Vuitton - Cologne and customer service and professionalism

I am a long time Louis Vuitton customer and have spent large amounts of money with them specifically the oak brook, Illinois store! I have 3 of their colognes and the bottle broke by accident. They placed blame on me and made me feel bad and said oh well too bad it’s not gonna work it’s broken and that the almost full bottle of cologne since it was broken and not fixable is useless! The customer service is terrible they are very rude and judge mental. They made it seem like I wanted a free refill on cologne when it was barley used! They said because I “broke” it like I did it on purpose that there’s nothing they can do! Loyalty does not matter they don’t care all they want is your money and commission! Do not waste your money on their colognes or perfumes. If the bottle breaks they basically say screw you it’s your fault and too bad! Go buy a brand that bottles won’t be so easily broken or where it won’t be a total loss of $250 + they are snarky and make you feel bad and they make you seem like you the problem! I’ve spent thousands and thousands and thousands with them and they’re petty over $250 cologne and then they have police at door and the guy goes to police when I called him out for being rude and wanted to argue and get defensive and ask the police if he was being rude? to me as the customer! Buyer beware! They do not care about you as a customer or anything no matter spend level! They are sticklers and are terrible at customer service! They lost a customer over a petty $250 my one cologne they had to replace bottle 1-3 days or so after I got it because it broke! This was afternoon swim or California dream! They said once is enough as if I was abusing trying to get new bottles! My cologne California dream was barley used and the bottle broke the guy said can’t be fixed and because I broke it they stand behind there product as it’s not faulty and there’s nothing they can do! Then when you stand up for yourself they have police at door stare at you and have security watch outside!

Desired outcome: Should have just replaced bottle!
