Last week I went to PF Edwardsville, IL as normal. After working out, I returned to men's lockeroom to shower approx 6:00 pm. a "manager" was there telling men not to disrobe because he had women cleaning the lockeroom and he did not want them to be uncomfortable. The same situation occurred again yesterday at 4:00 pm on arrival at the gym only a manager was not there...just the same woman clean in men's room. For a company that has included in their lockeroom policy the potential to be in the pressence of dressing, or undressing of opposite sex individuals that identify as the other gender, I find restricting times that the facilities may be used due to opposite sex staff being present a bit hypocritical. If they are in the men's lockeroom, they may just happen to see naked men. Further, why does this gym do this when there is ample time during time frames when the gym is less trafficked. 4-8 pm are the rush hours of such a facility. One would think that some common sense could be applied and cleaning could be performed at other times
Claimed loss: I am a black card member. I feel my time is important...at least of the same importance of the gym staff.
Desired outcome: Gym changes time they clean lockeroom facilities, and/or assign same gender staff to clean.
