I am writing today to speak out against the insane mandate that all customers (and poor store employees) continue to wear face diapers when we all now know this has been nothing more than a charade.
I and many others I know are electing to trade with businesses that do not "mandate" a mask in their stores. I imagine the only effect on policy, any action taken by consumers who patronize your stores will be a decline in sales. So, I doubt my complaint carries any weight. Unless there are more and more consumers who have had enough of this tired ignorance and fascistic behavior from business organizations.
The truth is out and nobody is going to keep the genie in the bottle. We've been lied to on a massive scale. For no reason more than a political one.
So. I and the others I know are done with Costco. I usually spend around 5K-6K, per year at your store. Here's to the math! Enjoy the ignorance and Americas soon to be short-lived, experiment in fascism.

Same here! Mask dictatorship mandates = no purchases from me. They can kiss any money from me goodbye.

I too have canceled my membership due to the discriminatory, embarassing, humiliating, and disrespectful way we were treated because we have an exemption. Treating everyone as though they have leprosy.. really?
We were told we're not welcome to shop instore without said medical device, and the manager said 'Good, ' when notified that we were canceling our membership. I was not loud, disrespectful or beligerent. I can't say the same about two of the employees shouting through the store in panic mode. I reassured them calmly that I'm not sick, it's ok.
Costco has no right to force a medical device on anybody against their will.
The employees are not paid well enough to be my doctor nor policeman. Why are you making them do those jobs?
After 30+ years of loyal membership, we'll no longer be patronizing that establishment.
