Sat Jan 17th when trying to use the kiosk there was smeared snot all over it. My spouse said it had been there several days. Everyone had something nasty on it. We asked one of the girls to clean it. which she did but just that one. when asked how often she cleaned them she said never. Shouldn't they be just as important if not more than the tables? More people touch them than the tables.
Desired outcome: Maybe start instruction them to wipe them at least once an hour. They have a lot of travelers at this one and we need to make a good impression about Iowa!!
