I honestly refer all my family & friends to AMC theaters but after my experience today, Sunday, August 27, 2023, I'm not sure I will. I am a loyal AMC A list member since 5/8/2011 which I support the company. My daughter & I had a horrible experience today at 5:30 pm with customer service which the employee was rude and lack of communication with customer. During the movie it was extremely unenjoyable due to lack of adult supervision for minors which theywere loud, turning on flash lights, talking, sitting in each other laps, and running up / down the stairs inside the theater. The last and final headache which cut our movie short due to we had to evacuate due to an incident that occurred that involve minors. People was running into each other trying to get out the theater which someone could have gotten hurt.
Desired outcome: Enforce adults to accompany young kids / teens at movie times 6:00 pm or later. Set up safety procedures when an incident occurs. Train employees on customer service etiquette.
