Lane Bryant

I received an email on yesterday about 10:50 stating that my package had been delivered to the lane Bryant store in Douglasville, Ga 2854 Chapel Hill Rd 30135, Douglasville Pavillion. I was at a doctor's appointment near the area and decided to go by the store and pick my order up, I chose pickup because shipping fee was too high. I arrive at the store at about 5 minutes to 12, there were 2 ladies working in the store and no customers. I told the one I was there to pick up my order, she asked me if I received an email to pick up, I said no but I received an email saying it had been delivered. Sorry I can't get your order until you receive the email. My next question was can I buy what's in the order and you exchange it, I don't want to make another trip here. She says no the sale is off. They had the orders right in front of them on a cart, there was no one else in the store, why couldn't they have given me my order then. I went back and picked my order up today; it was the same associate.
