I accidentally went into this Metro Store being that I changed a line over from them to Cricket. I told Veronica what brand phone that I had, and I gave it to her with a big Cricket sign on the phone. She knowingly put a Metro Sim card in my Cricket phone just to get a $16.00 sale. I told her that the phone was already activated with a phone number. Just think, I was going to get a phone from here in the future, but this is bad business, and malpractice. I recorded the incident when she tried to deny that she was the one who sold me the sim card, and lied to the person she was talking to over the phone. The receipt is a legal record with her Employee ID number on it. How could someone be so rude to me with my child knowing that it was my daughter's phone. Of course you don't want to give me my money back because it will be an admittance of wrong doing. I will go much further to get this matter solved legally.
