Kumon

The certified Kumon Nicole D. Pass specialist at 3695 Cascade Learning Center Suite K Atlanta Ga 30331 did not honor the schedule times discussed for my son at the evaluation after the center contract was signed. When I expressed my concerns the specialist was Very passive-aggressive, threats of suing me in small claim court began she also shown apathetic behavior even though my 8 year old son was seated less than 6 feet away. After I discontinued the conversation for that reason the specialist slammed the door, began make loud sounds (sighing) and saying "help me Jesus" as if she couldn't handle the conversation & my concerns as if it upset her so personally that she would have considered doing harm to me. I was extremely uncomfortable! I had to then remind her that my son is witness too her behavior and please remain professional in our presence. With my research on Google I learned that other parents have had similar experiences at this Center. This type of behavior should not represent Kumon. I will no longer subject myself or my child to this center with the toxic environment they have created.
