My husband had an appointment with the minute clinic that went fine. However a medication that he got prescribed required a prior authorization in order to have it filled. I attempted to speak with someone at the minute clinic to discuss this, however I got a front of store clerk instead. He did not understand what I was trying to explain and when I did try explaining further he transferred me to a manager while I was still speaking. The manager did not Identify himself and tried to tell me that my husband would have to walk in and have another appointment in order to get more information because 'they don't have a phone back there.' I explained this location is an hour away from our home, - where my husband had already arrived - and that he had already had an appointment but he needed to speak with the physician to get an authorization. The manager did not respond. I then asked how he would recommend I proceed and responded with "I don't know". There has been no resolution at this point.
