Planet Fitness - Membership

I have been charged late fees by planet fitness even though I pay monthly.

I contacted mike the manager at stuart, florida club where I go on may 18th to

Get this late fee thing resolved.. I found out the billing date is the 17th, due the 24th.. I said ok paid the amt due in which was $20.65, membership plus late fee on about may 25th or so... My account was zero and I confirmed the mat due during my conversation. I checked my account and the balance was zero... On june 2nd I was charged $20.65... My next billing should have been the 15th or 17th of june... It is/was an incorrect charge... If that amount was due I should have saw $40.65 due when I made the payment. I was given incorrect info when all I was trying to do is resolve this late fee situation... I tried by making the payment in may and moving forward... I desire that my late fees be refunded, all of them, when the manager does not even know what is due, how am I suppose to know.. It s a scam... Ray antoni [protected]@gmail.com... He should be fired or retrained.

Desired outcome: i desire all my late fees refunded or one year free membership and mike the manger should be fired or retrained

I want to be a member and pay your $10 monthly dues on a timely basis. I have been hit continuously with a $10 late fee, 100% late fee which I think is ridiculous...I called and talked to the manger of the club in may to try and get and understanding of why i am assessed late fees when i pay every month. Mike the manager explained( but was wrong) told me the billing is on the 17th due by 24 th...well i always pay by the end of the month(i do not leave my card for automatic payment, i'm 73 and my cards have been breached to many times).

So I said ok i ll bite the bullet, $20.65 was due, per mike and per my account on line so i may 24th i paid in full knowing from now on when the billing was and when payment was due. on june 2nd i get a notice and was approached at the club that i owe $20.65, which if it was true mike should have told me i owe $41.30 or my account should have shown amt due of $41.30. when I called to have the charge reversed he refused to do so contradicting everything he had told me in our may conversation..and began talking about some club account, which i have no idea what that is...i buy nothing, i just use the facility. I want my membership reinstated, iwant my late fees refunded, i want to start at zero...
