Dollar General - Wrongful termination

How do I seek to fight my termination?

We got a new SM on a Friday & by the following Thursday I was fired by her. Never worked with her. She never witnessed my work. We talked for less than 5 minutes the day I met her. On the last shift I worked it was with a visiting ASM that I was never even introduced to. She didn’t make any short to speak to me actually. I decided my lunch break time by claiming it myself while she was at the other register helping me finally. I should add that I was never scheduled as cashier with my 2-year SM that I started my employment with because he understood & worked with my health limitations. Anyway.

This visiting ASM takes 7-8 smoke breaks during that 5 hour shift.

At 9:15 I said something to get about it when she was walking in from outside from a break AGAIN. Only because it was running late to start the office work that I ALWAYS did. I just taught the ASM & SM I’ve week prior how to do it. They didn’t know. That’s how responsible for it I was.

The visiting ASM says, no. She MUST do it.

She passive aggressively accused me of stealing money. I. Have. Never!

Sure was on the phone with the SM are some point, I guess. Silence the rest of the time. I show her my bag to check & we leave. Thursday my original 2 year thought she was my friend ASM calls me to make sure I’ll be on time. I get there & am not allowed to punch in. New SM said she overheard me on phone complaining about my back hurting. I don’t complain about my back. Hip, trees. She also said it wasn’t my place to question the 8 breaks taken by visiting ASM. LIED I threw the keys at her after the firing. I did not. I ran that store because the old SM was incompetent. Then u get fired die nothing?!?! For complaining of pain? How do I fight? They never returned the elephants on the store keys I forgot to take off. SM LIED again. Said there never was elephants in there. Another employee bought me one of them. He knows they were there. Do she STOLE them from me. They also owe me for buying the pens that detect fake bills they I paid for.

Claimed loss: $450 in wages $25 stolen property $7 reimbursement

Desired outcome: Want my job that I excelled at back
