Travelled to my storage locker in Oviedo Florida observed the security gate wide open and multiple vehicles coming in and out which I have pictures and videos of. Tried calling the office multiple times no answer left many messages for the property manager no call back. Why am I paying 268.00 for an outdoor 10x10 unit with this going on. The only reason I went there in the first place was to pay my bill in cash which is now late because of fraud on my banking account wtf.
Desired outcome: A call back obviously, an explanation and for them to know I’m moving and canceling my contract I’ve had for 5 plus years.
