Chevron - Disrespectful, rude, impolite, ill-mannered, and a nasty behavior with a filthy mouth

I am writing to file a complaint concerning my visit to the Chevron tonight, 9/7/2023 from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. I made a purchase and the cashier a young foreign man accidentally made a mistake with the total. I was helping a customer who did not have enough funds to pay for an orange soda in a glass bottle. When I received my change, I realized he did not provide me with the correct change. The African American Lady who was assisting him said to me and interrupted our conversation by saying "Don't give her nothing, wait until tomorrow". I looked over at her and asked why he shouldn’t give me the correct amount that was due. She stated, "I am the manager, and he will do what I say". I immediately explained I would call the police. I did not start the argument, look at the camera. You will see the Moroccan young guy and I were discussing the change he owed me. She began using profanity and started slandering me with "You old” I looked over at her and stated,"You are very disrespectful and you look older than me". I realized this was the same cashier I had a problem with before at this Chevron. I gave her a few words and stated."I will contact the corporate office about your behavior". She continued to walk from behind the counter as if she were coming to attack me. I pulled out my cell phone and began taking pictures of this rude, irate, unprofessional, disrespectful, unkind, uncivilized, non-customer service cashier. This lady should be removed from working at Chevron, she is discourteous, impolite, ill to customers, and has a nasty personality. I took photos of her while she acted as if she was going to attack me. Please review the store camera from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. She will cause the Chevron store to lose revenue with her acts of rudeness. The way she acted; I could not believe she was a manager. She walked outside continuing to argue with me as I attempted to leave the store. I am requesting that you review the camera to see exactly how she behaved. You can find another person to work there who will be a successful cashier, one you can count on to ably and efficiently perform her duties professionally. I have photos of her attached showing her nasty attitude. Hire someone with good customer service skills and one who knows how to handle the public. Also, ask the young man who worked alongside her how her behavior was. Chevron, I'm sure you can find someone but as long as she's there I will never bring my business back. I am filing this complaint with the BBB Better Business Bureau.

Desired outcome: She needs disciplinary actions which should be termination!
