Culver's

June 3rd I was fired for choosing to give my free meal to my sister. Two small shakes and a fry that came up to a total of $9. I was not given a warning and fired infront of everyone even guests. Also We aren't aloud to call out when we're sick because we'll get fired so I watched as every single one of us got sick. I watched one of the employees sitting in a chair crouched over in pain still cashing out at the driv thru. This store has no hospitality they are rude to the customers especially the gm. We had an incident that two employees got into a physical fight infront of the customers and none were let go. They also get mad at you for changing your availability and cut your hours. I couldn't get the availability I needed to study. This store resolves conflict in a rude way infront of the guest at the front count.
