Twice in the last two weeks, I have placed an online order to take advantage of a sale item. In both cases, the online system allowed me to place the order, indicating that the item was in stock and available. However, on both occasions, it was not. In talking to a store representative, we were informed that despite it being on sale, they have no stock of that item. So, you advertise an item at a local store as on sale, but then do not provide that item to the store. Do you need a clarification as to fraudulent inducement?
