Zaxby's

On 3/19/23 I bought a salad for my son. In my salad we found an empty plastic wrapper. I guess while they were opening the salad packette they just threw the wrapper in the salad. Very disgusting.

So again on 3/20/23 I put in an order for 2 salads and 1 kids meal. The girl at the window said pull over by the door your order will be right out. So other cars come and go they are given their orders while we wait at least 30 mins for ours (I had to call the store to remind them I was still outside). The said they were still working on my order. They finally came out w our order. After waiting so long and pulling away we notice for the kids meal we only got french fries and no chicken. We had to turn back to request our chicken. The girls found this very funny while I was already frustrated. This happened at the Tiger Point Oiffice in Gulf BreezeFL. Someone has to made this store more efficient and get better service. The employees should really get warnings on how to treat customers and be more careful about what they are doing. I will never go there again.
