In October 23, I went for Lunch to the restaurant indicated below. I mentioned to the waiter about the music that was very loud. After a few minutes came to me the Manager asking me what was the problem. Surprised me because I did not ask to see the manager, but I explained her about that music that was so loud and at the same time approriate for a restaurant.
She was not agree with me and let me know it saying that it was the music the headquarters required from her. I reply that music was annoying so she reacted negatively. So I understood between lines that she was telling me if I don't like it go someplace else.
I am a regular customer of this store and I have mentioned this before especially one day when at lunch with my friends we could barely hear each other.

Desired outcome: Chilis is a good restaurant and I would like them to keep it in an appropriate atmosphere without that loud and club music.
