Public Storage - Waterbug Infestation in the storage unit

I rented a 10x15 storage unit at 1131 FL-436, Casselberry, FL 32707 between 7/5/2022 - 7/18/2022 (Acct # [protected], Space # Jo22). When I removed my furniture and boxes on 7/18/2022, the storage unit was infested with large waterbugs/palmetto bugs. Upon unpacking my boxes at my new home, the waterbugs/palmetto bugs were found inside my boxes, which was disgusting. I will never use Public Storage again. I mentioned it to the property Manager for her information.
