The second time in a month had the same problem at the same burger king. showed them my code on my phone for a deal and they said it wasnt valid. Manager said she cannot do anything to help so both times me and my wife left without purchasing anything. This is very poor customer service when the Manager could very easily honored the deal by simply subtracting a couple of dollars rather than do nothing. This problem only happens at my neighborhood Burger King located in Smryna Delaware.
Desired outcome: Recieve a coupon for a small Whopper meal for two and look into the customer service at this Burger King which gives you a bad name.Any other fast food would always try to satisfy the customer.
