Wells Fargo - wells fargo minimum payment

On Three occasions I have tried to get my Credit Card with Wells Fargo ahead of payments by paying above and beyond the minimum payment only to find out that they have also raised the minimum above and beyond the payment that I had been sending not knowing that I was falling behind in payment and being charged exorbitant fees for not paying the full minimum payment which should have been covered not it is getting out of hand and they are making money off of me by the fees alone and I may not be able to keep up, there needs to be some regulation to keep these credit card services in line they are surviving off the backs of individuals like myself who try to pay off the card and they just wont allow that I have stopped using the card altogether and still they raise the minimum to keep me from paying down the debt and getting away from the card altogether, I thought that I was getting ahead finally and find that I am nearing a very high problem and it keeps going up I dont believe that they are using any fair tactics to help consumers it is just taking money for nothing and that is not right... Look at your statements. Compare the due dates, the dates your payment posts, and look at the minimum due on each statement, in correct statement order/sequence. If you see where a payment missed a due date; the next month's statement is going to have a higher minimum payment amount than prior. And each subsequent month that is late will have increasingly higher minimum due amount.

As far as what is fair, look at your card disclosures. You promise to pay what is defined and they promised to charge you as they define as well...Two promises -and one party did not keep his promise.
