Best Buy - Car installer Austin Baker

I had the worst customer experience at your, 6707 Vine St. store in Centennial CO. with Austin Baker, the car audio installer. This guy with a big chip on his shoulder threaten me and was screaming at me. I had to get the store supervisor Tommy Walker to get my car back from this lunatic.

I had gone to this store approximately 3 weeks earlier to see what kind of stereo I needed to put into my 2006 Porsche. I spoke with Austin Baker, he claimed to be the lead installer. He have me a list of items I need to buy. Total cost was $1400. I order the stereo components HE had listed. I than made an appointment for July 26th at 10:00 am to get the install. I dropped off the car at 10:00 and noticed he seemed a little agitated. He was short with me when I asked if he a rough idea of when the car might be done. He said, about 2 hours and "don't call me, I'll call you." Four and a half hours later, at 2:30 pm, I get a call from him telling me he couldn't get the stereo to work. I said ok... Put it back together like factory and I will take it to someone else.

When I got to the store to pick up my car, Austin was pacing and started yelling at me that, "I've worked on better cars than yours!" and "You can't disrespect me!" I told him to calm down, I just wanted my car. He started yelling again that's when I left and spoke to Tommy Walker the store supervisor on duty. Tommy seemed to be a little overwhelmed by the entire situation. I told Tommy I just wanted my car put back together like I brought it in, that's all. Tommy and I went back to explain to Austin what I wanted. And it started all over again. Austin threaten to sue me and bar me from coming back to the store. Tommy said I would have to wait an hour away from the store before I could get my car back.

I am a veteran, senior citizen, and on social security disability. YOUR representative/employee treated me horrendously.

Best Buy - Radio installation

The tech that installed my radio was very rude and combative. From the very start he had an attitude towards me and was treating me like I was stupid when I didn't know where to go to start my install. I don't think I'm going to ever do another install at this or any best buy again, too much of a headache and when the techs are rude it makes it aggravating.
