I'm sorry I don't have exact dates of the concern but an estimate is 3-4 weeks ago from today I asked the manager at my gym in Castle Rock, CO if she could obtain a piece of equipment for the gym because the previous Planet Fitness I belonged to at Glendale, CO had it and was not an expensive item. I wanted to use modular stackable platforms for doing dead lift exercises. I never got an answer from her about my request so I wrote an e-mail or message on the Planet Fitness website and asked to be contacted. I never received a response.
Desired outcome: I'm not asking for an additional expensive stair stepper machine. They are relatively speaking, cheap plastic platform blocks. If this is unreasonable I at least deserve a response with a reason why this is unattainable.
