I placed an order through the app at 6:40 PM on 12/17. Waited 1 hour and still didn't receive my order. Just before I was about to call the store the driver called me and said he couldn't find my apartment. I asked where he had parked and he said he was still driving around and had found "an open gate" there is no gate at my apartment complex. I told him there shouldn't be any gate and it should just be the second building on the left. He then told me what address he had gone to which was not my address. I gave him my address and he said he'd put it in his gps and be here shortly. (I double checked the address I had used to order and it was correct) 20 more minutes I get another phone call. He said he still couldn't find my complex. He read the address back to me and had THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN! I gave him the correct address and he said he'd be here soon. 20 more minutes and he calls again and says he can't find my building. I told him its directly across the street from the leasing office (which I tell EVERYONE looking for my apartment) he says he'll be here shortly. 5 more minutes he calls and says "I'm on my way back to the store I couldn't find your apartment" seriously? I called the store and asked for a manager, told him what happened and he told me that his driver couldn't find the apartment. Yeah, I kinda knew that already are you actually gonna do something about it? At this point I didn't even want my pizza anymore just wanted something to be done about it. I told him where he could put it and hung up the phone. I will not be ordering from pizza hut ever again and you people need to find employees who ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. My cousins dog could've found the apartment better.
