Wells Fargo - Extremely disappointing customer service

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Wells Fargo branch located at 100 N Citrus St, West Covina, CA 91791. My families are long-time customers of Wells Fargo, and we recently visited this branch to cancel a CD account. However, the first time we visited, we were told that the matured day had not yet arrived and were asked to reschedule the appointment for a later date.

When we rescheduled our appointment, we were only given a sticky note with the appointment time and no address or phone number. Additionally, we did not receive a reminder before the appointment. This unprofessional behavior led to us going to the wrong branch and wasting our time and energy. After realizing our mistake, we immediately drove back to the correct branch, arriving at 2:20 pm.

Upon arrival, we spoke with the receptionist and waited for about 10 minutes for the banker, Adrian, to come and assist us. However, he informed us that he could not help us as he needed 45 minutes to process the cancellation. I feel that he wasted our time and energy without even trying to assist us. His attitude was rude and unhelpful, and he even looked at us with an impolite expression. To make matters worse, after Adrian refused to assist us, he simply walked away without offering any further help or concern for our situation. He did not take into consideration our emotions or provide any effective solutions to our problem.

We drove a long way to reach this branch, and we had an appointment, so I cannot accept the way we were treated. I do not believe that we were the only ones to be late, and the bank's unprofessional appointment system caused the delay. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and angry, as we wasted our time and energy and experienced very poor customer service.
