UPS

This is regarding UPS store (address - 39962 Cedar Blvd #3363, Newark, CA-94560). Incident date - 18-DEC-2019, Time - around 5pm PST. Employee name - Indee (Andy). That guy refused to give his proper name. Horrible service, extremely rude and unprofessional person. They should close the store or find a new worker. Please try to address the issue with this store. I went to the store 8 times to return amazon items. All the time that person came up with some excuse and did not take my parcel. His printer is always out of service to print amazon label. When I went with amazon label, he had issue with box, when I went with box, he had issue with packing. It would be better if they close the store because this lazy guy could be racist as well.
