I went to my cvs just before closing time, I was the last and only customer in the store... After being rushed I was trying to be as fast as I could and forgot my id, debit card and a very rare vintage ipod on the counter and walked out... Took about 25 steps, realized my ipod wasnt in my pocket because I wanted to listen to music... Turned around and here comes my cashier with my cards... I asked her about my ipod and she denied acknowledgment of it. I went back to the store to look for it but cashier hid it. They told me they would call me if they found it and I told them I was not leaving until I get it back... They threatened to call the police and I invited them to. They called, police came, they were very but everyone just wanted to go to work or the club or home so I didnt file a police report, but I went to the montebello police dept and filed. I asked to see the footage and they wouldnt let me.. So I called the police and they told me to come to the station... The officer told me to meet him there, he drove I rode my scooter. It took me 11 minutes to get there, when I got there the officer said he viewed the footage and basically no crime occured so I asked to see it and it was at a horrible angle and out of focus considering all the better angles and cameras... They covered it up... Seriously! I have been going to this store over 2 years and never had a problem of this sort... The person who did this is new. One time, a new employee was following me around rudely which offended me and I told her so... And that person came out of the office with the police and other staff there. That person wasnt there that night so she obviously told the police lies about me because the police no longer wanted to help me... I am a cancer patient and have brought cvs a good amount of money... Are you going to condone this type of behavior too?
Claimed loss: $150.00 plus
Desired outcome: to be compensated and an apology

CVS - Bathroom usage
I walked into this store location to use the bathroom and the Manager, Joseph told me that the bathroom was out of order because he was tired of customers abusing the usage. I told Joseph that it was an emergency and nearly urinated on myself. He told me he was sorry, but he didn't know what to tell me. I said: what do you and your employees do for bathroom usage? This is absurd and totally unacceptable. This place of business should never have bathrooms unavailable because of the amount of employees that work there; customers come into the place to purchase meds from the pharmacy; and sometimes people just have emergencies due to a medical condition. Something must be done about this issue immediately.
Desired outcome: Manager should be reprimanded for his choice of words and poor judgment and customer service skills
