I went to the Chevron Fast 'N' Esy to fill my car with gas. When I put in my phone number to use the gas rewards, an invalid message appeared. The attendant says that means zero gas rewards are available. I paid the full price of $5.19 9/10 per gallo n. When I returned home, I checked the Vons website. It says that I have 19 gas rewards available.
Is something illegal going on?
Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
