This company falsely advertises job positions to lure in desperate job seekers. They do a ton of dream selling to trick the applicants into joining the Hart Group "team". Technically you do not work for the Hart Group... you are a independent contractor. This is a way for the Hart Group to avoid paying actual wages to employees. They also require onboarding contractors to pay back the Hart Group up to $500 for liscensing. A legitimate company will always pay for liscensing and training for FREE. This company is a joke with employees pirading around saying they make over 200 grand a year (lie). Maybe (a huge maybe) one person makes money out of thousands of others. They make that money from position selling.
Story Time:
You recieve a robotic email to make you feel special. "You have been selected!" it will say and you're invited to an interview (cough: group interview). Wear sweats, don't brush your hair, act easily manipulated and... you're hired. Then you get a second interview, which is to ask your name and address. Papers are signed as you give away your first born child. You get "liscensed" (LOL). And they hand you a script to memorize. Start calling and get ready to be yelled at, because you are now an unpaid sales call "liscensed contractor". Also don't forget you owe the Hart Group for your liscense. Oh you don't like this... not to worry join the recruiting team and trick other people into this fake position. Best of Luck.
Can't wait for the fake comments below about how AIL is legitamate! Reminds me of those fake Amazon reviews in broken english.
