Public Storage - Being "singled-out and picked on" price raise to force loss of storage unit

I've been with Public Storage since 5/28/2019. Back then I was paying $157.00/Month for the same unit I currently have. Although now I'm paying $353+. In a span of about 2 years the amount has increased 100%. I understand that there is inflation but really. I am a single parent lucky enough to still have a job. I make $14/hour. A couple of months ago I had issues paying it and the storage unit went into "Freeze". I eventually caught up in payments before I lost it to being auctioned. After catching up on all fees and payments I asked the manager (Amanda) why my lightbulb was broken inside the unit. I also asked her why things were moved around. I asked her to replace the bulb knowing it was her and an undisclosed male individual that were perusing through my storage. She said she could not replace the bulb until I moved my belongings out of the area. I asked if I could get a discount because of the high price gouging and no lightbulb to work with in the unit. I also informed her that they would be liable if an accident where to occur because of having no light to work with. She showed no concern and said ok. Within the next month My rent again went up to an astonishing $335. I am at the stage of bringing these actions to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Media. I know of a local TV station that follows up on businesses that prey on people. I would like to speak and get an explanation as to why the HGUGE price hike. I would also like evidence that this is happening to all tenants and not just me. I believe this manager to be gouging on purpose people she does not like or people that she may not get along with. This is not appropriate nor is it professional. I would like Public Storage to know my intentions before I proceed forward. I'm not asking for any freebies. I'm just asking to be treated fair. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Investigation towards manager at current location. Perusing through my belongings and intentionally breaking the light bulb and then refusing to replace it. Price gouging and being singled out.
