This is the 2nd and FINAL time I put myself in the position to be disappointed by the service I've been given by Kay Jewelers. After being assured several times that my wife's rings would be on her finger by her special day I recieved an email (not a person) that the salesperson who sold me the promises wasn't even aware of went out, telling me I wasn't going to get my wife's rings by the time I was assured of before the purchase. Then after I thought this was fixed, just tonight AGAIN, I was informed by another email (not a person) that yet AGAIN the salesperson was unaware was sent that there would be ANOTHER 2 week delay added to this purchase. My recommendation to anyone that asks my thoughts about Kay Jewelers is that no person should EVER consider giving their hard earned money to this company who prides themselves in handing out falsehoods and dishonesty. What a terrible shame...I'll be reaching out to the Regional Director of Operations as soon as possible in hopes that this can be addressed, this is simply bad business.
So heartbreaking...I wish I would have read the other posted complaints first before posting my own...it doesn't look like anything will ever get resolved...so sad. All I can say to you if you're considering buying something special for your special someone is...PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go somewhere else!
