GoDaddy - Domain broker service

I purchased the Domain Broker service for $69, agreeing to the terms of it as advertised as being an honest, fair and unbiased service meant to provide me with the best possible price. That didn't happen. I had set the budget at $50 as GoDaddy owns the domain. The broker contacted me with an "offer" of $500-$750. I said no thank you to that and then he CLOSED the whole process down. One ask is NOT a negotiation. I called GoDaddy and no one was available from that department at the time. They scheduled a call with me the following Monday between 8-9 am. No phone call came.

I believe this represents an attempt to defraud me. A Whosit search shows that GoDaddy is the owner of the domain. See registrar named here: https://www.whois.com/whois/vintagelockets.com
I would like a full refund and I will be sending a copy of my experience to the NYS Attorney General about your practice of representing that your service as unbiased, honest and fair so that others can be protected from this fraudulent activity.

MPF

Desired outcome: Refund for my $69 payment

GoDaddy - no access to our account. not able to reset password over a week!!

We lost access to the email that is connected to our site registered with Go Daddy to allow a reset. I do have access to phone number listed with them but they won't used that method. I have access to the original email that set up the account. It was transfered 2 years ago. In tryig to reset the password I followed all the rules and uploaded photo ID's over a week ago. I was told it would take 3 days. I spent hours on hold to be told. you just need to wait for "the team" but we assure you it will be very soon. The email's in question involve a real estate company' 8 emails (2 offices) that are being held hostage. Lost of money at stake, people's livelyhood, homowners trying to sell/buy. I've been told different things each time I call after hours of being on hold. The wait time for chat is long and not helpful. I do not know what to do. The first time I called a man was very rude to me and did not offer to help at all. Go daddy used to be user freindly. now they seem like pirates. very unreasonable wait time and system. We have over 30 domain names with them. The important ones are locked up in this no solution game. Please help Need help transfering all away from them.

Desired outcome: I would like to have password reset for this account. Is that too much to ask????

GoDaddy - Hosting, domain services

Godaddy is horrible! They took my last name, which is trademarked and there are only like 20 people in the entire world with it, and are trying to extort a stupidly high price for the domain - for my family name!. What the hell? This is called domain squatting, and is illegal, but apparently they do it because us "little people" don't have the stomach for suing. Some do... And godaddy has lost many times, but... It's a pain in the butt to sue, and that's what they're counting on. What a terrible way to run a business! So - the best thing we 'little' people can do is spread the word, and hopefully nobody does business with these shady scammers, because that is how the free market works.

Desired outcome: STOP domain name squatting!! It's a horrible practice, it is infringement, because names are trademarked by default.
