My husband and I just enrolled our daughter this week. She is all around rude to everyone the parents her staff and the kids. There has been more than one occasion where I am having a conversation with a staff member and she walks in room and cuts off who ever is talking. The staff looks tense and annoyed every time she enters a room. You can feel her negative energy.
Desired outcome: Her have training on manners and management
