Worst service or lack thereof ever! Camelback kia in phoenix az had our kia sorento for 2 weeks never called to tell us what is going on it has 27k miles and had a main seal leak! They provided a rental car, a small vw jetta I have a family of 5 why I bought a 3rd row suv, when I complained they said we can pay extra for a larger vehicle (really we are paying $475 a month for a kia we cannot drive! When we picked it up drivers door has a couple large scratches (which they claim they will pay to fix) and the interior smells of cigarette smoke and we don't smoke! They tried to say no one smoked in it I am an ex smoker and the smell disgust me! The entire inside reeks of cigarette smoke! They just blew me off saying no one here even smokes which is bull! Horrible people to try and talk to or deal with
Kia never again. With other dealerships I have dealt with... Usually after service your car is cleaned not smoke filled stinky dirty like someone ate lunch it and door damage!
