I bought my wife a new pair of earnings not even a month ago. I asked about the backs and if I could get screw on backs. The sales guy helping me told me they will be fine. Two days after my wife had them one of them fell out. Luckily we were able to find. Since she had not worn them. This morning she put them in to go to work. She is a therapist so she does not do much but sit in the chair and talk to others. At some point the earring fell out and is now gone. I am upset because I asked about the box prior to purchasing them. And now I have to figure out how Kay will help me figure this out since I did ask about the screw on backs and was told they are ok.
Desired outcome: Replaced or half off same pair.
