The worst experience ever moving a car. In May, I signed a contract (and paid a deposit) with pick up dates, drop of dates and of course the rate. The pick up date rolls around 3 months later, no one shows up. I call and get told, the person I worked with in no longer there but they could pick up the car and get it to Colorado only a day later then the contract specified, BUT it would be $400 more. At this point my airfare was already purchased, so I did not have a choice. I paid an additional deposit. 24 hours later, someone showed up and picked up the car. We put an AirTag in it, which I strongly suggest. We watched as the car said in a parking lot for over 48 hours. We called and were told it is already on its way. We knew it wasn't. We were given a different number to call once the car was actually loaded and moving again. By now I have flown to Colorado and I am ready to meet my car. Long story short, my car shows up, 4 days later than contracted. I had to change airfare, pay for hotels and food all while waiting for the car to show up. To add icing to the cake, the driver of the truck (no an employee of US Star Trucking, which is fine of course, but he was told to collect $50 more than what was quoted on the second contract. So horrible service, total lack of honoring the signed contract, pricing was not even honored on the second contract, tons of excuses, and more. The only thing they excelled at, was being the WORST car shipping experience I have ever had. Avoid this company at all costs. I would be happy to share the contracts that they signed if anyone does not think this is for real. Anyone can pay bots for positive reviews.

Absolutely DO NOT use them! I was quoted a price of $550 to ship my car from Tennessee to New York. I left $100 deposit so I owed the driver $450. When I met the driver to get my car, he showed me an invoice for $600 and would not release the car unless I paid him that. I tried to call the dispatcher and no answer so I had no choice but to pay $600. Since then I have reached out over text and tried call and no answer! They are crooks!

I was SO hesitant! I spoke with so many agents and they all seemed to say something different. Dustin was the first one I spoke to and stayed honest and consistent throughout the process. We shipped our daughters brand new car from Michigan to Seattle, Washington and it had to arrive on a specific day. Dustin made it all happen and although I was skeptical after hearing so many scam stories, Dustin came through! I was not wanting to give him my CC but he assured me it was just a deposit and would not be charged until we agreed on a price. He kept his word. Our car arrived ON TIME in Seattle! Highly recommend Dustin!

US Star Trucking is awesome! Huge thanks to Emily *** She gave me an excellent rate on shipping my vintage car. When problems arose, Emily was there every single step of the way. Going above and beyond to make sure my vintage car was properly picked up and delivered. I was always well informed, and despite my pickup probably being far more challenging than expected, Emily & US Star made sure everything was taken care of. If you are in the market for their services, I'd highly advise calling US Star Trucking and asking for Emily. They have very good pricing, but their customer service is absolutely worth every penny. Will definitely use their services again.

This company is fraudulent. They prey on people whose information they receive from third parties. We were seeking a car transport company and they called acting as if we contacted them. They claimed to set up a driver for a specific date and time and did not do so. I received text from the actually company I had a contract with and he warned me that they were scamming us. When contacted them and tried to cancel, they said we couldn't and would be charged $200. We had to alert our bank of the frauds and make sure no payments would go through for this company. The guy on the phone was rude and persisted to talk around the issue and also said we called him which in fact was a complete lie. Do not trust this company at all!

Mia *** was phenomenal! I started working with their company after googling for a transport service. Mia reached out and we began negotiations. I cancelled the service thinking my Excursion would make it back to SC from Orlando but didn't make two exits before parking it. I reached back out to Mia and she gladly put my vehicle back on the list. She constantly encouraged me to be patient; especially after explaining how the process works! Even though our primary communication was texting, I was at ease with how she corresponded the updates. X-X-XXXX Mia text me and said a transport service has agreed to bring my vehicle to SC! Thank you Mia for your support and guidance! Be blessed and stay safe! I highly recommend this company and Mia to help with finding transport for your vehicle!

I originally was quoted and signed a contract for $700 shipping out that day. I was under the impression that the agent could get my car shipped for that price as when I asked him up front he said "yes". I quickly learned that the rates depend on the market and that getting my vehicle shipped for that amount was not possible. The agent kept coming back to me stating higher rates for shipping. Hundreds of dollars more. I kept requesting him to search for someone that could do it at the rate we agreed upon. After almost a week, I raised my contracted amount to $900 and he was able to get a transporter. He also cut his fee in half due to the time it took to get it set up. I was pleased with the end result but I just wish I would have been told more about the process up front and not guaranteed it would ship or that they could ship it at that rate.

I was over all satisfied with my experience. The only issue I had was that we agreed on a price and did the e contract for that price but when it was about to be picked up the driver was asking $75 more then what we agreed to. I was thinking about canceling but realized it was just a misunderstanding between the office and the driver and i understand the gas prices puts a strain on professional drivers and transport company's as a whole, we were able to compromise at a rate still relatively less then other quotes because of Travis Kanes professionalism and friendly attitude I decided to stick it out. All and all I was happy with the delivery, time it took and price and above all else the customer service by Mr. Kane. Would use them again only next time would be sure that the price was agreed by every one involved especially the front line worker the driver.

I had to ship my car from Florida to California early in March 2022. I used US Star Trucking and had a pleasure to talked to Selena Smith. She was very polite, helpful, and professional. She explained everything, what is involved and what to expect when booking with US Star Trucking. After booking the service with Selena. She gave me the information about Pacha Transportation Corp who will pick my car up. Again, I had a pleasure with Vladimir who came and picked up the car. He was professional, helpful, answered all my questions. During the transport. I checked on the status and Vladimir responded right away. After 5 days, my car was delivered uneventful. Again Vladimir was very professional as always. Overall, I was very happy with the service I got. From both Selena and Vladimir. If I have to ship again, I will definitely use US Star Trucking and Pacha Transportation Corp.

Horrible, stay far away lies, lies. Don't use was given a unrealistic quote for shipping , I agreed at the time , wasn't sure how everything worked with shipping a vehicle. Took my deposit , then listed my vehicle on a trucking board for 1600 and was qouted 1100 , obviously couldn't deliver on the quote .Give you a low number to get you to sign with them. Ended up cancelling , and trying to sign with a different company, and us star would not remove my listing , which made a bigger headache , with having multiple posting on trucking board, which drove price up more. Was told I would have a deposit refund in a week , never happened , talked to a manager , he told me another week to wait for refund of deposit , never happened . Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my deposit refunded. BEWARE SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE. .(Ended up going with montway , with fast service no lies no problems )

I would give them 0 if there was one. I had a car to be shipped. After collecting a few quotes, I choosen US Star Trucking LLC for a fixed price and signed an e-contract. This was ~15 days before the scheduled shipping date. At the last minute, just one business day before the scheduled shipping date, they were trying to raise another $200, which I did not agree. They "wasted" all my time and came back for a higher price! It makes no sense! I insisted that the e-contract already executed shall prevail in the absent of no contracts. They just disappeared without any follow up. They failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. It caused a lot more stress to my family during a cross-state moving -- we have two kids and one is only 9 months! After reviewing the google reviews, I realized that I was just one of them receiving a higher price from this company. I would recommend all others NOT to use this company.

I would leave a 0 star if I could! I had a horrible experience with them. I was supposed to get my car shipped on Thursday, and ever since Thursday (it's now Tuesday), they've been coming up with excuses saying that there were no drivers/a truck broke down. Then when they called me yesterday, they happened to find a driver but were asking for $250 more than the SIGNED CONTRACT we had! Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, and unreliable. They don't even give you a heads up on if the driver is coming or if there is no driver. I would ask every morning what's the status on the situation. Nora P. was my representative and she was SO UNHELPFUL. She told me they signed a contract with the driving company for the scheduled pick up day, and there was no driver. She kept saying the driver would come the next day, and then come up with an excuse the day of. Kept having me wait around and kept promising me there would be a driver, and nothing.

I got a text message from Andrew regarding their transportation services so I decided to look into it. I gave him the information and I got a great quote for NM to TN. I looked into other companies but he gave me the best rate and he was able to find me a driver pretty quickly. He was communicating with me and the driver the whole time, there was an issue where the driver didn't show up but I messaged Andrew and he handled the situation for me! I'm not gonna lie I was kinda skeptical with how easy everything was going I for sure thought that there would be issues or my price would go up or just something but no everything went perfect besides not showing up on the exact day but that was because a previous pick up got delayed. My car got here very quickly. I guess that's how it's supposed to feel when you get amazing service at least once haha. I'm very grateful to Andrew and will recommend him and their services to anyone who needs to transport their car.

When using this company to ship my vehicle after signing the contract for an agreed amount. They called at the morning of delivery asking for $200 more very last minute with out giving me much chance to decide. I requested a refund and they refused, eventually they agreed. After about of hour of total phone call time with them raising their voices at me me multiple associates and members of the management. We agreed my pick up would not be today and I was due a refund. Two hours later US star trucking called and said the shipping truck was outside ready to pick up the vehicle for the price originally agreed on. I could no longer get in contact with the pick up person. Never got my refund and I had to pay the dry shipping fee for the truck coming to pick up the vehicle. Later when trying to ship the vehicle again the same company texted me saying "do not be scammed by other companies with last minute price increases" which I found fitting. Do not recommend this company.

They are 100% fraud. They low-call the quote to get your business and make you sign the contract. Towards the shipment day, they will say they couldn't find the driver for that rate and ask you to pay significantly higher price for the shipment. Then, you will have no choice other than paying because it's last minute for you and don't have time to shop new truckers. Their customer service sucked really bad as well. They promised 100 pounds of personal item in the car. When driver arrived to pick car, they said absolutely no personal item. When I called USStar, they said don't worry about it and they will work it out with the dispatcher. But when I received my car, they made me pay 250 dollars extra because of the personal item. When I called USStar, they gave stupid reasons to make me pay and dispatcher said USStar never reached out to them to settle the issue. My original quote for shipment was 2200 dollars but I ended up paying 3550 dollars at the end. These are just fraud people with no. honesty at all. Stay away from this company.

If i could i would give 0 star rating. I recently had to ship my car from NJ to Florida and reached out to them to see if they would be able to fulfill the request. Not only was their price fair, but we were told by Robert V. that there would be no problem whatsoever to pickup and drop off the vehicle at the requested dates. Robert informed us the day before our scheduled pickup (August 16th) that the driver would be there before 12pm ET for the vehicle.

Fast forward to the scheduled pickup date of August 17th after 12pm, and no one has come nor has Robert responded to any calls/emails. We then called the office to which the receptionist responded that he would contact us shortly. Robert emailed us at 3pm stating that he had called over "80" driver companies and no one is available to pick up the vehicle in NJ.

It's utterly remarkable and almost unbelievable that he had informed us the day of the ship date that no one was going to take the vehicle. This is someone who had purchased airline tickets and stays for their anticipated arrival that their vehicle would be waiting for them. We had to not only cancel the flights but drive the vehicle ourselves from NJ to Florida.

Robert also had the audacity to email us the next day and state that this time he had called over "90" companies and no one was available and that "You know it's a road business, no one can't guarantee."

It's difficult to believe that such a response is allowed in any organization, let alone a business that relies on customer satisfaction. Not only will I not recommend them to any of my colleagues or friends, but I will also hope that this review steers potential customers away as this was truly a complete failure on their end.

US Star Trucking convinced me to accept this contract that could be delivered in 3 days. My car was picked up on 6/4/22 and a week later I still don't have my car. It costs me more money due to renting cars because my vehicle was not delivered as guaranteed. The shipper is unresponsive and does not update me with any delays or details. Today the shipper cursed my wife for trying to reach him to find out where my vehicle is. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. US Star Trucking took a hands off approach when I asked for help to remedy this issue and was told it's not their responsibility. I should be extremely compensated for all this mistreatment. I will seek legal action if warranted on both parties involved. If my vehicle is delivered the price should be at least cut in half or not expected at all.

We had a contract with US Star Trucking LLC. My son was relocating and I hired this company. We had a contract for them to pick up my son's non running Ford150 at the residence he was vacating the next day. The contract was for the driver to pick up the vehicle on 7/30 because he was leaving on 7/31. I paid the initial deposit of 103.50. The remaining $300 was due at delivery to SC. The night before pickup the driver had the nerve to cancel the pickup for the next day. He then told my son he could not pick it up at ALL on 7/31 because he did not have the means to transport a non running vehicle. A fact presented before the contract. We had to then jump through hoops to find another tow truck $140 just to move it off the property which was a must. Total failure by US Star trucking. I have all messages and correspondence with them.

The company US Star trucking had made a contract with me that I signed and agreed too. In this contract I agreed to pay the price total of 1100 and requires a 300 dollar deposit that needs to be paid to the driver now that I pay for through quick books. After I pay the deposit and the driver shows up to pick the car up and I ask if he was paid his 300 dollar deposit. He informed me they were not paid anything. I proceed to call US Star trucking then they tell me the price is now 1400. I told them the contract that we signed was for 1100 and I paid a 300 dollar deposit so i should pay 800 upon receiving the vehicle. They told me there is extra insurance that they can't document for 300 dollars. I am concerned this company is not above board and they are stealing from customers most likely but the point is this company is not up to standard.

On Nov 25, 2021, I got a call from *** at US Star Trucking LLC for a car shipment. He promised to ship my car on the following Sunday and requested me to pay $103.5 deposit (see the attached receipt). However, after reviewing all ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, I decided to step away from this scam company. I refused to sign the contract and requested the refund of $103.5 deposit right away. No refunding action of course in the following two weeks. According to *** they charged the deposit as cancellation fee. But I didn't sign any contract with them. And I clearly requested to stop their service and asked for deposit refund through both phone call and text messages (please see attached screenshot). Now they rejected my phone calls. I have to seek help from ComplaintsBoard.com about this issue. Such a cheating company must be stopped! Please let me know if any other information is required. I originally set a date and for us star trucking llc to pick up my . October 6. I signed the contract for 700$ that we both agreed I sent 100$ To them off my debit card as a deposit with the remainder balance due upon delivery but On the day of I was informed that us star trucking did not have a driver to pick up my car and after hours of waiting for them to find a driver they told me that it would cost $1,200 to ship my vehicle instead of the original $700 that we agreed upon. I told them I couldn't pay the extra money and that they've breached the contract. I requested my deposit back which they agreed but never returned. I've made several phones calls in the following weeks requesting my deposit back. They've insisted that they sent it back to me but I have yet to receive. It's now going on almost a month when the I've been informed that it should only take 5-7 days to receive my deposit. I don't think that this is right. Please help!

On 6/2/2022 I initiated a contract with US Star Trucking LLC for transport of a vehicle from Houston, TX to Camden, TN. I was quoted and signed a contract for transport totaling $975 ($200 deposit). I was advised in the contract the vehicle would be picked up in Houston on 6/3/2022 with a delivery date in Camden of 6/5/2022. Once the document was signed, I was contacted back approximately 7 hours later saying the driver was on scene to pick up the vehicle; however they refused to collect the vehicle until I signed a re-issued contract totaling $1,200 (including an additional $280 "service fee" on top of the inflated price). Due to being states away and risk of storage fees increasing, combined with already paying a deposit I would lose, I was forced to sign the new contract costing me $225 over the initial contract as they knew no additional drivers were available and I would lose my deposit, cornering me in to a new contract and not allowing a back out option for the prior deposit.

I hired US Star Trucking LLC to ship my vehicle from . I signed a contract for $1200.00. assured me that their were no hidden fees and this would be the price. As the days drew near to my move I contacted to confirm she did not call until the evening before the move was to be made. Unfortunately, I had no one else to move the car at this point. explained that the driver needed more money. I hesitantly said I would pay him the extra. I put my car on the transport and they left. ( I have pictures and time stamps of the process, plus both contracts). was upset and kept calling my house late at night and would not leave me alone. She had written up a new contract with the new charges. I had agreed to pay the driver more but not her business. She put in the contract to up her charge an extra $100.00. Now the total is $350.00 extra. She insinuated that something could happen to my vehicle if I didn't sign this new contract. My vehicle was already in transit and I thought she may just leave it some where. She hooked and baited me they entire process.

ON NOV 09, 2021 I *** PLACED AN ORDER TO PICK UP A VEHICLE IN ASHEVILLE, NC TO BRING IT TO NYC FOR 600.00 DOLLARS WITH *** AT U.S STAR TRUCKING. IN THE CONTRACT THE VEHICLE WAS SUSPOSED TO BE PICKED UP ON 11/09 AND DELIVERED TO NYC ON 11/10 PER THE CONTRACT WHICH OWNER *** ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. AFTER ASSURING ME AND PLACING THAT IN THE CONTRACT I PAID A DOWN PAYMENT OF 207.00 DOLLARS ON MY 600.OO DOLLAR ORDER. LATER THAT DAY AFTER SERVERAL CALLS TO SEE WHEN VEHICLE WOULD BE PICKED UP THAT DAY ON 11/09 *** INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE PICK UP BY U.S STAR TRUCKING. BUT IF I GIVE HIM A FEW DAYS HE COULD HAVE VEHICLE PICKED UP. THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED AT 5PM THAT DAY 11/09 WITH VEHICLE BEING LEFT OUTSIDE FOR PICKED UP DUE TO THE PROMISE OF PICK UP FROM US STAR TRUCKING. AROUND 5PM *** NOTIFIED ME THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT BE PICKED UP BY U.S STAR TRUCKING BUT WOULD BE PICKED UP WHEN HE FINDS A DRIVER. U.S STAR TRUCKING NEVER HONOR THE CONTRACT BUT KEPT MY 207.00 DOWN PAYMENT DEPOSIT

Spoke with Allen to get my car picked up on March 15 to have a delivery date to Oakland on March 19th. Once he received my deposit he asked about picking the car up and deliver on Monday 21st which wasn't going to work as no one would be available to receive car on Monday because of work. I specially asked and stated the 19th. So I told him he could push the date to the following week to pick up that car that way I'll be in Oakland to receive any day. He said I would be charged an additional $75! That's fine as I'm a travel nurse and need my car since he CHANGED THE DELIVERY DATE AFTER he got my deposit. I had been asking Allen for 2 weeks when my car was going to get picked up as now my flight leaves on Friday and he still hasn't found a driver to pick up my car. Tuesday and Wednesday I texted him asking. Wednesday he ignored my text when I asked him when my car was getting picked up. I finally had to find another trucking company that picked up my car SAME DAY. But I had to Pay an additional $300 due to last minute pickup. I have asked Allen to refund my deposit as he didn't fulfill his end of the agreement with finding a company to transport my car and ignored my text and calls! Unprofessional and bad business.

On Thursday November 4 I signed a contract with this company to have a car shipped from NY to FL and paid a $ 200 deposit. Before I signed the contract I spoke with the rep and he assured me he has a driver for the next day (Friday). I again confirmed by email that he has a driver for Friday. On Friday he said the driver will pick up between 2PM and 4PM. I asked for the contact for the driver - no response. After 4 PM passed and nobody showed up I tried to reach the rep via email and phone. By about 6 PM the rep finally picked up saying the driver will still come, but refuses to give me the driver's contact nor an ETA. The story continues until about 9 PM when the rep finally confirms that the driver will not come on Friday, but Saturday between 9 AM and 10 AM. Still he refuses to give me the contact info. Saturday 10 AM passes and nobody shows up - no call - no information - my calls go into voice mail. After I sent the rep an email saying that I believe this is a fraud and asking to get my deposit back the rep is finally calling me claiming now that the mystery driver had an accident. Finally the rep agreed to refund my deposit. After that I reminded him several times that I had not received my deposit, and still have not received it to date.

On November 3, I asked for a proposal to move my truck from Oakland to San Diego on the 5th, *** contacted me and gave me the price of $ 500 he told me that he promised me that on the 5th my truck would be lifted between 2:00 and 4:00 pm and he sent me the contractor be signed On the 5th, I called *** at around 4:30 several times to know why nobody showed up to pick up the truck and he never answered the next day, he sent me a message, saying that he fell asleep due to a headache, my truck had an appointment at the border to be legalized to enter Mexico. and I missed the appointment two days later *** called me saying that he could not send the truck for the price that we aviated, he ask me to pay $ 550 and I told him that I was not gong to pay a penny more than agreed , he called me several times to try to get me to accept pay more but I refused I had to talk to the border to see if he could give me another appointment to legalize my truck and they told me to take it as quickly as possible so I had to move it on my own I called *** asking for a refund of the deposit and now he says that he has the right to delay up to a week and that if he cancels he will charge me $ 200 after they made me miss my appointment at customs they only promise to make you sign the contract and then They are no longer responsible and are looking for an escrow to not return the deposit

I scheduled a car pick up for 10/28 with US Star Trucking. I had this scheduled a week and a half before the pick up was due, checking in to ensure everything was on track during that time. The morning of, they texted me and said they have a driver for me, but the cost was more than double $3,600. I could not believe that they would do that to me the day of pick up. We are moving my elderly father from TX to NH on short notice, and the movers were coming on the 29th, and they were flying out on the 30th. I signed a contract with them for both of my fathers cars to be shipped in an enclosed container for $1,300. I went with them as they had great pricing and could fit my needs. I had to scramble to find another driving service and do my do diligence to be sure this didn't happen again. After checking several sites, I went onto EasyAutoShip.com and spoke to Lindsay. She was AMAZING. After the morning I had, and needing the cars to be picked up same day or the 29th the latest, she pulled through for me. The cars were picked up that day in TX and delivered 10/31 in NH. The cost would have been$2,550 if I had originally booked with them, but seeing I needed a pick same day or on the 29th it was an additional $445.00 for this. Seeing I signed a contract with US Star Trucking with enough notice, I believe that they should pay the difference for the shipment I had to scramble to find.

This company is shady at best. I received an initial quote that led to a contract. After the contract was signed the company claimed it could no longer meet our date requirements. I then told the Broker that I would have to move forward with another company as I could not wait until the revised date. The Broker then threatened a contract violation IAW the "fine print". I questioned their motives after their misleading communications prior to executing that contract and that I could not believe they would treat a Disabled Veteran in this manner. In further communications the begged me for a second chance stating that they could find a driver to meet our dates, however it increased the cost, thus they sent an amended contract. I reluctantly agreed due to the time constraints needed. The next communications stated the driver would be at the pick-up location at 0800 AM. The driver did not show up until 2000 PM after my disabled brother waited "on-site" for close to 12-hours. The delivery was supposed to be in the afternoon the following day since it was only a 434-mile drive. The driver claimed to have got lost and overslept. He did not show up at the destination location until 2100 PM. The bottom line up front this process to pick-up the RV, and deliver the RV 434 miles away took over 48-hours with minimal communications and additional stress on my disabled brother. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this company. They have no respect for Veterans and common decency to provide services as described.

I was seeking to have a vehicle shipped from Ashburn, Va to Bakersfield, California. The shipping contract was created on 2/7/22 and a deposit of $200 was sent via Zelle immediately when it was requested. I lost contact with the representative immediately after the funds were sent. After multiple false promises such as pick up dates and times, and two weeks passing I requested a refund of my deposit. After requesting a refund I was immediately contacted by a driver that was dispatched to pick up the vehicle. They raised the total cost from $1500 to $2000. I agreed as I just wanted to have the vehicle shipped as soon as possible. A driver showed up to my home in California to pickup the vehicle, however the pick up location is in Virginia. This was very upsetting as the seller of the vehicle wants to either back out of the transaction or charge me for storage of the vehicle since so much time has passed. I requested a refund of my deposit from US Star Trucking however they have yet to refund the money. No where in our contract does it state no refunds on the document. I have spoke with them multiple times and They say the refund will be transferred in "20 minutes", but it never happens. I feel that they are committing fraud by not executing the contract and withholding my deposit. I later found out that Us Star Trucking has multiple negative reviews on-line stating very similar issues that I am experiencing. I now will be flying to Virginia to personally pick up the vehicle and drive it to California.

On 12/3 I received a quote from US Star Trucking LLC for $1,050 to have a truck delivered from MI to TX. I signed a contract that said it would be picked up on 12/7 and delivered on 12/10. I paid a $200 deposit. After I paid, my contact (***) at the company kept saying he didn't have a driver when I asked what the status was (when he did eventually respond to my attempts at contacting him). Today (12/16) he emails me and says he might have a driver who can pick up the truck on 12/18 but is now asking for $1,200. I called the phone number listed on the company website because *** never answers his phone or text messages, and rarely answers emails. The person I spoke with *** said he didn't know why *** is asking for more money and that he would get someone to call me back. If they couldn't do it at the agreed upon time, they should have told me before I signed the contract or paid the deposit. I still haven't received a call or communication about the truck being picked up or when it will be delivered. They took my $200, tried to charge me more, and still can't confirm when my truck can be delivered for the agreed upon price. This company comes off as shady and possibly fraudulent if they've got people trying to upcharge even after quoting and contracting on a lower price. I want them to either pick the truck up on Saturday 12/18 and deliver by Monday 12/20 for the agreed upon price in the contract, OR cancel the contract and refund me my deposit of $200. I obtained a quote online and was told $550 to move a car from Tennessee to Texas. I talked to "Alex" multiple times. Email, Text, and on the phone. Numerous times he reassured me the car would be able to moved in my scheduled time and the price would be accurate. I told him I had read horror stories about brokers screwing people over and raising prices and he said that would not happen. I am dealing with the widow of a family friend and his car. So we've had to work with scheduling. We get a time nailed down for Monday 3-14. On the 14th "Alex" calls me and says they are unable to move it, because the truck "has to go to the shop or something" and the driver is unavailable. We go back and forth and he finally says they can pick it up in the evening. We work it out for Wednesday the 16th after 6pm. He calls me on Tuesday the 15th and says he has a driver that can get it today but the price is $1300. I Told him that wont work for many reasons. He argues and says that no one will do it for the price quoted. They sent me a contract with this price. He told me on the phone and in text that the price would not change. I finally get a hold of "Kevin", supposedly a supervisor, and he finally admits that the price is intentionally done low to get you hooked then they raise it. He said there's no way anyone can do it for $550, that was "a really great price". attached is the contract and screen shot images of the conversations where they lied to me about the price not changing, and even Kevin agreeing they did a bait and switch and then says that the other person might get fired over it. Like that can be a believable statement from a supervisor. This place needs to be shut down, they are terrible people who have no business rules or ethic.
