Great service from the Grand Haven salesman, John Miller, to the service arranger, Linda Peterson, to the efficient and polite installers! The installers came even though there was a snow storm. Great team! I'm a return customer who purchased a refrigerator, stove, & microwave for a kitchen remodeling. When the installers bring a rose, that's going the extra mile!

I loved working with Bekins. I had decided on a washer/dryer but due to many things, it got delayed. Bekins kept contact with me and offered some other options that turned out perfect. I now have a washer/dryer that I love! From in store help to the installation guys, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend any of them without reservations.

We had a terrific experience when purchasing our washer and dryer, from our very first visit to the Bekins Grand Rapids store through the time of delivery and installation of our new appliances. Everyone is well trained to do their job and it was a pleasure interacting with all of the employees we encountered. They are assured of our business when the next need arises!

Wow...great service all the way through...ordering was a breeze..great professional advice from Jeff...followup wonderful...called me as requested every 2 weeks to schedule delivery that was put off multiple times due to my construction issues but they were always happy to call back as much as needed...then delivery! Incredible...handwritten thank you note with a red rose! Cant gush enough!

Bekins personnel are so professional. During the pandemic our fridge died, so we contacted Bekins. The store was not open, so we made an appointment with Mike in the Cascade store to check a feature we were concerned about. We did that fairly quickly, placed our order, and 1 week la tr er we are happy to have a fridge set up in our kitchen. Those who deliver are also very professional. Thank you, Bekins!

We recently purchased a refrigerator with Bekins in [location] and we have never had a better appliance purchase and installation experience. Both the sales professional and installers were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The installers took great care to protect our house and furnishings as they moved our old refrigerator out and the new one in. We will definitely go back to Bekins!

Bekins resolved what turned out to be a minor problem with my dishwasher over the phone without need of a visit. Jennifer at the Grand Haven office handled my request over the phone in a cheerful and positive manner immediately connecting me to the proper person in service. There, Angie, walked me through the best way to trace to the power source so I could find the loose connection and fix it. In all, a quick fix handled professionally without my feeling ridiculous.

Every single conversation with each person at Bekins over the last 18 months has been beyond excellent customer service. They worked with me in with kindness genuine concern for my needs, while picking out the appliances for my new construction home and any changes that I needed to make. Through delivery and set-up and couple of service issues, I have had the best customer service possible. They truly care and I would highly recommend them for any of your Appliance needs.

All we can say is WOW! Jonathon Mendoza and his team in Grand Haven, MI, were phenomenal, and the team that came into our home to install our new appliances were equally impressive. They took care of every little detail from putting down mats to protect our floors to polishing all of the metallic surfaces before they left so that everything shone brightly just like they did in the showroom. We could not be happier with the experience that we had with Bekins.

I have been a Bekins customer for over thirty years because of the quality of appliances sold and service provided. I ordered a new dishwasher and asked to have Bekins install it, but for complicated plumbing reasons, it could not be installed. The three employees who came to our house were exceptionally polite, considerate, and helpful. They told us exactly what we needed to do before the dishwasher could be installed. I also appreciated that they all wore masks correctly the entire time they were in our home.

We are just as happy now with our updated appliances purchased from Bekins as were were 25 years ago when we first bought our home and needed to fill it with every appliance a family requires in a home to outfit a kitchen and laundry room. Every aspect of our experience was top notch from sales, to the service manager, the installation crews, and all of the follow up on our experiences. Bekins went above and beyond our expectations. After buying a home in Grand Haven, Bekin was recommended to us by our realtor for new appliances. We visited the Grand Haven showroom and were immediately pleased with the selection and level of customer service shown us. Throughout the process from order through delivery, we were kept aware of the status of our order. We scheduled a delivery/ install date and they arrived promptly at 8:00am, despite heavy snow that day. The installers were very polite and professional and did a great job. We will definitely be back to Bekin and highly recommend them for your appliance needs.

Bekins was recommended to us by multiple sources so we drove up to Grand Haven from Holland to check them out. Our Sales Associate Erin was extremely helpful and patient as we examined their extensive showroom of appliances. We ultimately ordered a new refrigerator and oven/range. We were very excited and Bekins kept us apprised of delivery ETA. We happened to be out of town when our new appliances were delivered and they were immediately covered up by our kitchen remodeling company. Weeks later when the remodeling company was finished, they uncovered our new appliances and very unfortunately there was a dent in our brand new refrigerator door. Thinking that we would have to pay for a new refrigerator door due to the fact that we were not there when the dented unit was delivered, we nevertheless decided to contact Bekins to let them know what had happened. Much to our surprise and delight, Bekins said that they would take care of everything and have order us a new door. Talk about "true customer care", Bekins lives it! I highly recommend them for high quality appliances and OUTSTANDING customer care!

"Exceptional" doesn't even begin to describe the amazing customer service experience that I had with Cheryl at Bekins. This was my first experience working with Bekins after a recommendation from a friend and I will never go anywhere else for appliances. Our washer died on a Friday, I walked into Bekins on Monday, they called me to setup delivery on Tuesday and by Friday our new washer was delivered. Cheryl took her time with me, answered every question that I had since I was going back and forth between front load and top load. She was a joy to work with and being able to drink a beer on tap was a nice touch to the experience. Too many companies have lost their touch with good customer service skills these days...but not Bekins! I came home and told my husband that he definitely missed out by sending me alone. Honestly the best customer service experience that I have ever had! The delivery guys were great, they called and asked to come early. I was packing up to go out of town while they were there so I didn't spend much time with them but very nice, respectable guys. They left a personalized note and a rose. That might seem like a small thing to some people but I definitely appreciate the attention to detail and the company's appreciation for their customers.

My whole experience with Bekins has been incredible. I began the shopping a year ago because I thought my appliances were going. It went as far as having Phil came out and measure my kitchen for them. Financially things kind of fell apart and I had to put it off, praying all the while that my old ones would hold on a while longer. I asked Phil to keep a file for me with the measurements because my experience from walking in the door that first time was so positive I knew I would not look elsewhere. The store is lovely, the staff are incredibly friendly, respectful, and helpful. Prices were competitive, and I loved the fact I would be not only buying appliances, but support and servicing should that be needed. This year I needed to move forward, and the process was so streamlined. Choosing the appliances was easy and, again, the prices were competitive and reasonable. Then - the install process, and the removal of the old appliances. Nathan and Nick were impressive. Respectful of me, and careful of my home, the floor and walls/cupboards. Not a scratch anywhere. They were efficient in putting in the new pieces, and afterward the cleanup was immaculate. The gift of a long-stemmed red rose and thank you card was a lovely additional touch. Bekins can be justifiably proud of all of their staff. I am not a hard to please person, but I have never been so completely satisfied with a purchasing experience. Bravo!
