The folks over at UpWalker are really helpful, but there's something that might surprise you when you order the fancy bag for your UpWalker. You see, one bag has pockets on the inside, while the other has pockets on the outside. But here's the catch: to get the bag with outside pockets, you have to buy your UpWalker directly from them. Now, this can be a bit unfair for disabled veterans like us, because we don't always have control over where we purchase our UpWalker. It would be great if they could make the outside pockets bag available to everyone. Thanks for considering our request!

I had the Up Walker for 'bout 4 years now. It helped me move better and lessened my back pain. The brake cable and hand brake broke recently. I reached out to UP walker and they asked for pics of the damage so they could send me a new part with install instructions. Then, I got a brand new walker in the mail, no charge, and it came real quick. I'm mighty impressed with their service. They knew that a busted walker and not havin' one to use was a safety concern and handled it fast. Thank ya, thank ya, thank ya.

I had to send back the UpWalker in April . It took two weeks to receive an email with the return label. You have to pay for the return, and it's expensive because the box with the UpWalker and its accessories is heavy. The UpWalker isn't strong enough for balance problems. Be careful about the time it takes for them to receive your shipment and issue a refund, which should be within the 30-day return policy. After making calls to the refund department and talking to a representative, they said I would receive a full payment back within 5 to 10 business days. I got the payment, but they also charged a 20% restocking fee, which took 8 weeks to complete.

This UpWalker doesn't prevent falls! You need good balance and walking ability to use it properly. It's definitely not worth the price I paid. Those video ads with actors who aren't disabled? They move faster and have better walking form when they let go of the rollator. My first one broke when I fell while using it. They replaced it, but the new one has its own problems. The left parking brake won't lock and the seat won't stay in the clips that are supposed to hold it. Turns out, the seat lock underneath isn't working. The company wanted me to take it to one of their reps an hour away to get it checked. They didn't believe me about the issue. Luckily, my neighbor, who fixes bicycles, managed to fix the brake. I'm dealing with the seat not locking for now, but I know it will cause another fall eventually because of the instability.

I bought an UpWalker for my old mom. The company charged me $545.00 but never sent the walker. They made a "tracking number" but never gave it to UPS to ship the walker.

I got a broken Lifewalker on 6/11. I reached out to *** in Customer Service and sent them some pictures. They told me that the unit was not safe and would be replaced in a week. They said that once I got the new one, I should call them to take the broken unit away. I made a bunch of calls and sent emails, but it turns out they never ordered the new unit. The manager won't call me back either. On 6/24, I talked to ***l and asked her to cancel my order, give me my money back, and take the unit back. But she said she can't do anything without the manager's approval. Until now, this company hasn't responded at all. It's really bad for a business to act like this.
