This website is a total mess, man. I tried to download a file without paying for premium and it was a total disaster. I mean, come on, why even offer a free option if it's gonna be that bad? And don't even get me started on the positive reviews. They gotta be fake or something, 'cause there's no way anyone could actually like this site. It's probably just the community manager trying to make it seem better than it is. Save yourself the trouble and find a different site to use.

So, I was trying to subscribe to Upstore (upstore.net) and they gave me a crypto link address for payment. But when I sent the payment, they claimed they don't have access to that wallet. What a scam! And to make matters worse, when I tried to contact their support team, they just 'ghosted' me. I mean, come on, at least have the decency to respond to your customers. It's really frustrating when you're trying to use a service and they just ignore you like that. I wouldn't recommend Upstore to anyone. Stay away from this shady company.

Their first response was a bit confusing, they asked me to check my download stats for the last 24 hours. I mean, who has time for that? And then they asked me to provide the URL of the last page before Google. I mean, what does that even mean?

Their second response was even worse. They told me that they couldn't help me with any problems outside of their own domains, upstore.net and upsto.re. I mean, what kind of customer service is that?

Their third response was just a repeat of the first one. I mean, come on, give me something new to work with here.

After those initial downloads, none of the links worked and I couldn't download anything else. I mean, what kind of premium subscription is this?

Honestly, I think this website is just a money laundering machine. They take your money and then don't deliver on their promises. I mean, who needs that kind of stress in their life?

I've been a loyal customer of Upstore for several years now, and I've never had any issues until recently. After taking a break from using the service for a few months, I decided to purchase a one-month subscription. However, I quickly realized that the usual credit card method was no longer available for one-month purchases. Instead, I had to purchase a minimum of three months or higher.

I attempted to use Paypal, but it refused to work every time. It seems that Paypal has blacklisted Upstore, and for good reason. I was forced to use a different credit card vendor, which was a hassle. I had to jump through several hoops, including providing my phone number and waiting ages for payment processing.

Finally, I was able to purchase a premium subscription, but it only lasted for about two days before my account reverted back to free. I was told that the payment was reversed, despite using the same credit card that I had used previously with no issues. I have no idea why this happened, but I suspect that the new credit card vendor is shady.

Now, Upstore tells me that the credit card option is no longer available to me, and I can only use the main option if I select to pay for at least three months. This is not happening because I don't want to commit to a longer subscription. I was also given the option to pay with Bitcoin, but I'm hesitant because Bitcoin is not refundable. If anything goes wrong, I'll lose my money.

It seems that since I last used Upstore earlier this year, most of their legitimate payment providers have dropped them like a bad habit. They've also become greedier and more predatory. Their "free user slots" feature is a complete lie because it has never worked for me, no matter how many days I wait or what time of day I try.

When I contacted customer support about this issue, they called me a "cheater" who was trying to use their service for free. This is not true because the so-called free slots feature is their own doing, not mine. It's clear that Upstore does not value their longtime customers and only sees us as cash cows.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the recent changes to Upstore and the way they've treated me as a customer. I'm not sure if I'll continue using their service in the future.
