Unlockbase had the competition beat on prices by a minimum of $80 but sometimes as much as $150 maybe $200. When they are offering to do me a service for $20 and everyone else is demanding $80, $150+ well they had my attention. I placed my order. 24 hours later my phone was unlocked and I didnt even need to enter any type of NUK or password or unlock codes. They performed their technological sorcery from a distance and unlocked my phone. They told me it would take 1-5 days and I'd get a code. Classic underpromise over deliver right there and it worked they now have a customer for life.

I wanted to unlock a Samsung A13 5G locked to Tracfone, so I found UnlockBase and paid to get it unlocked (which is a simple, easy process). A couple of days went by, and they told me that their Tracfone supplier wasn't really "cooperating". Again, not their fault. Then they put the phones IMEI through a beta test batch, in which they couldn't unlock it because of a problem on Tracfone's side of things. They refunded me the amount that I paid for the unlock, even though they kept working for a solution, and contact was kept through email (communication was super good, the person would respond to emails very quickly and try their best to resolve any problems).

They finally found a firmware unlock for the phone, and they offered to cover the costs of it because of the time I'd been waiting.
I followed the instructions and my phone was unlocked, thanks to the help of UnlockBase and their firmware provider and technician.

In short words, they we're very helpful to me, and it seemed nice that they stuck with me and helped my case after all that time. Customer service was nice (shoutout to Ulrik Bengtsson, the Customer Service guy)

However, the fine print of the T&Cs stated that "if the unlock is temporarily unavailable, you may be charged more than the flat fee". This clause left me confused and uncertain about what I had actually signed up for.

However, the catch was that in order for it to remain unlocked, I needed to pay them over $100, or my phone would be relocked within 14 days. It started by asking why a certain link on there webpage was not working and they replied whit instructions on how to unlock phones... Euuhhh What!? Then e-mailed to John (ceo) and ask the same question and anwserd the same but finally he sent an other e-mail saying that it's fix. Now im having problem s whit orders that are not deliverd on time exp: 1to3 days for certaine unlock but i waited 2 weeks and still not receive it but instead got my account canceled and never got the dam code that me and my client waited for.
