A big Mahalo for Unlimited Home Services. I just got a free new roof. It all started when their representative came to me and told me that he can get me a free roof and a whole process went through so smoothly. A big thanks to Unlimited Home Services and The roofers, the job was done beautifully, everything cleaned and my wife was super happy. I will strongly recommend Unlimited Home Services to everyone who needed roof service.

Unlimited Home Services is a very professional service. They saw that I had problems from the wind storms earlier this year with shingles blowing off my roof. They dealt with the insurance company every step of the way. It was necessary to take down my solar put a new roof on and replace my solar and make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend unlimited home services weather you have storm damage or just need your roof replaced.

We live in Kaneohe where heavy rain did make quite a damage on our roof. Before we hired Unlimited Home Services and Aloha Public adjusters, we only got $12,000 from our Liberty Mutual insurance. After working with professionals like Phil Anderson from Unlimited Home Services doing thorough due diligence, we get our entire roof replaced with a total damage check sent over $40,000. Wow, they are like investigators working on our behalf to negotiate with the insurance so that our benefits are protected. We are pleased indeed.

We sustained wind damage to our roof and it needed to be replaced. Thanks to Unlimited Home Services we got our roof replaced for FREE! Yes, for free. Paul was very easy to work with and Unlimited Home Services coordinated the entire process from start to finish with our insurance, our bank, the roofers, and they even coordinated the logistics of our solar panels. Our roofing got badly damaged after some heavy winds. I was approached by Paul asking if I would like them to repair our roof. They would do all the work contacting my insurance company, I just had to sit back and wait. I finally got word that the insurance company approved my claim and they were going to start repairing my roof. Not only did they put in a whole new roof, they also repaired the ceiling drywall water damage in my garage! I now have peace of mind and not have to worry about leaking or water damages thanks to Paul and his crew for our new roof!

Roofing for our Cottage Jun was very understanding with all the many questions we had, he was very easy to work with, very helpful and prompt. He definitely made it easy and painless for us since we are a remote home owner. He communicated respectfully in a regular manner and walk us through the process. A drone video was also a big yes! The team made the process easy, and their communication is excellent. Our roof was damaged during really heavy rains and as anyone that owns a home knows, replacing a roof is costly. We didn't know what to do or where to turn. By chance I stumbled upon Unlimited Home Services' services and seen the testimonies of all the people that they helped, and the rest is history. I can't say enough about Phil and his team at UHS. Last Christmas, my roof was damaged because of torrential rain. I called my insurance company and they filed a claim, but If I had gone that route, I would still have a ton of out of pocket expenses with the deductible. A friend of mine recommended that I call Phil, and he said, "Phil will make sure it's FREE"... I didn't understand, so I held off calling, and my husband did his best to cover the area until we could figure it out. Less than a month later, my husband suddenly passed away, and I started to panic... because he was the one who handled those kinds of things. I called Phil and he arranged to have his team come out and take a look within a few days of my call. They filed the claim, organized the repair, and made sure everything was taken care of in such an amazing and professional manner. Even though my husband had passed, they were able to get the paperwork taken care of and Phil would drive out to anywhere that I was, whether I was at church, at home, or at work in order to get paperwork filed, even in the middle of COVID compromises with business operations being on hold. On top of that, the service was FREE! Phil- thank you guys so much. I thank God for you guys, and the services that you provided for me and my family in a time when we needed help the most.
