Dreadful company from start to finish. Quick to grab at your money. Slow to get back to you. Clueless in preparing your visa. Unable to provide itemized billing. It’s shocking a company can take thousands of dollars from you and treat you so badly. Beware of Gabriela Daniels a particularly difficult employee who does not listen and needs prompting to respond to serious complaints. Please beware of this company. I am a present taking them to court as I don’t believe these people should get away with such terrible behaviour

They made me cough up $495 for their services, but my bank suspected foul play and flagged their transactions. When I spoke to my bank and convinced them that the transaction was genuine, the $495 was quickly withdrawn. No sooner had I made the payment that small unauthorized charges started to appear from the same town where UIS Canada has its office. All my attempts to reason with them went in vain, and I ended asking them for a refund. After much altercation, I was refunded just $150 out of the $495, and was told to give them 45 business days to repay the rest as per the legal document that I had signed.

It's been more than four months now, and I am still running from pillar to post to get my refund. Every time, I have the same person to speak to, who is overbearing, impolite, and provides hardly any updates unless I keep pestering him. I have even asked for someone senior to take charge of my case, but they maintain that there's no one else available.
